The Ministry of Defense issued a statement taht reads:
"The Ministry of Defense of the RA expresses deep condolence to the parents and relatives of Private Vaghinak Baghdasaryan, a conscript killed by an enemy bullet on a frontline position of unit N. of the Armenian armed forces.
It is a heavy loss for us.
By taking such steps, the enemy is destabilizing the situation at the borderline. The Armenian side will not leave such provocative actions unrequited. The full responsibility lies with the Azerbaijani side".
