Serzh Sargsyan today took a decision to appoint Victor Dallakyan as Deputy Head of the Presidential Staff, relieving him of his duties as Permanent Representative of the RA President to in the National Assembly.
According to another point of the decision, the president decided that «Deputy Head of the Staff of the President of the RA Victor Dallakyan shall be vested with the powers of Permanent Representative of the President of the RA in the National Assembly of the RA».
