On 14 September, guided by Article 68 point 4 of the NKR Constitution, President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Ara Haroutunyan head of the NKR Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the decree, the NKR premier was instructed to submit to the President a proposal on the composition of the Cabinet within twenty days' period, NKR President's Press Service reports.
