On 11 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a working consultation with the speaker of the NKR National Assembly and members of political forces represented in the parliament
Issues related to the republic's domestic and foreign policy were discussed during the meeting
Special attention was paid to the process of forming a new Cabinet of Ministers. President Sahakyan noted the necessity of applying balanced and objective approach here and within this context stressed the importance of viewpoints and opinions of the political forces.
