On May 31, the Office of the acting OSCE Chairman held a subsequent monitoring at the Armenian-Azerbaijani line of contact near the Aygepar residence of the RA Tavush province.
Among the participants from the Armenian side were Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Anjey Kasprzik, as well as field assistants Kristo Kristov and Irzhe Aberlen.
Before the monitoring, the OSCE officials were presented with the current state of affairs at the Armenian-Azerbaijani line of contact, the statistics on the ceasefire violations committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces and issues related to the snipers' actions at the line of contact.
During the monitoring, the sides established a radio connection with each other and gave security guarantees. The monitoring ended without any incidents, reports the press service of the RA Ministry of Defense.
