Armenia's Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has sent a letter of congratulations to NKR President Bako Sahakyan on the occasion of his birthday.
"In the name of the Armenian government, I congratulate you on your 50th anniversary. It is difficult to overestimate your personal contribution in the NKR independence, security of our compatriots and strengthening of Arsakh statehood.
You have gained the respect and confidence of our compatriots thanks to your high human qualities, courage and patriotism.
I wish you robust health, endless enthusiasm and new achievements," reads the letter.
To note, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is participating in the birthday party of his Karabakhi counterpart.
