Ruben Karapetyan is not the representative

On March 3, Serzh Sargsyan issued a decree on liberating Ruben Karapetyan from his duties as Armenia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the League of Arab States.

By a decree issued on the same day, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Arabic Republic of Egypt Armen Melkonyan was appointed Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the League of Arab States (residence in Cairo).
