Justice Minister suggests restricting inviolability of officials

Justice Minister Gevorg Danielyan today presented a package of legislative changes restricting the inviolability of some officials, including prosecutors, inspectors, heads of self-government body, aldermen, presidential and parliamentary candidates, representatives and chairman of the central election commission

The proposed changes empower deputy prosecutor general to sue his superior if he has grounded facts against him.
