It is still unclear as to which Armenian singers have applied to participate in the pre-electoral round for participating in the "Eurovision 2010" international song contest to be held in Oslo.

However, there are rumors flying around that it could be Razmik Amyan, Hayk Gasparov, Eva Rivas, Emmy and the list goes on.

In a telephone conversation, Razmik Amyan only said that he would definitely apply, but didn't wish to talk about the song, the show and other details. "It's hard for me to not share that information with you, but I want it to be a secret and let the audience know only during the televised pre-electoral round," said Razmik Amyan.

As for singer Emmy, who will take part in the pre-electoral round of "Eurovision 2010" with Mihran, agreed to reveal some details. She just came back from a trip to the USA where she had prepared for the pre-electoral round for three months.

"I recorded my song in the U.S. I received many songs from different countries like Belgium, Turkey, Germany, Russia and more, but I selected four out of all the songs," said the singer.

The singer didn't wish to go into detail as to which of the four songs she had chosen for the pre-electoral round and only said that there would be more than one song.
As far as the songs and the upcoming show, Emmy said: "I don't want to say the composer's name yet and will leave it until the pre-electoral round. It is a modern, upbeat dance song. I am sure that the youth will love it. This is an experiment. The song will be staged and there will be four U.S. dancers who have danced with stars like Madonna, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears and others."

The contest's pre-electoral round will last until February 10, 2010. The jury will choose from the 10 best songs which will be presented to viewers on February 10-15.
