Tigran Mukuchyan didn’t express his opinion
Tigran Mukuchyan as CEC President doesn’t want to express his opinion on the concept of Constitutional reforms. “Those are in fact law development approaches, and the CEC doesn’t have such power, so I can’t express my opinion on any view,”- summed up Tigran Mukuchyan. We remind that on April 10 Constitutional reforms commission adjunct to the RA President introduced the project of Constitutional reforms concept to Serzh Sargsyan.
