Dem am (I am against) civil movement are currently staging a protest outside the presidential palace at 26 Baghramyan in Yerevan.  They call on Serzh Sargsyan to be the guarantor of the Constitution. “The President of Armenia is the guarantor of the Constitution, constitutional order and civil rights,” say the group members. A1+ is webcasting the protest live.
