Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are at the stage of revision, and political scientist Levon Shirinyan says it is unlikely that resumption of hostilities will be possible. Political scitist Levon Shirinyan belives that after the change of government, our army has improved, and there are no people in the army that are involved in corruption. "Our positions are strong now. If Azerbaijan attacks us in this situation, they are crazy." Political scientist suggests Ilham Aliyev to start war operations. "This time our army will move to the Kur-Araqs crater. The issue should be resolved through Victory and we should go to Kur-Araqs shores." Referring to the recent meeting of the two countries' foreign ministers, Levon Shirinyan noted that there cannot be said the victory or defeat. It was just a cognitive meeting.
