National Assembly forgives 13.7 million drams and goes on vacation for 30 days (video)
The National Assembly (NA) adopted the draft law amnesty on road traffic fines. 150,000 citizens will benefit from adoption of the law, and a fine of 13.7 million drams will be exempt.
