armtimes.com writes: "Serzh Sargsyan's nephew, Hayk Alexander Sargsyan, was arrested shortly after the court's decision. The preliminary investigation body filed a motion to arrest him yesterday. It was examined today. Hayk Sargsyan was also present at the mediation debate. Hayk Sargsyan is accused of attempting to murder Davit Simonyan in 2007 and illegally obtaining weapons and ammunition."
