Serob Khachatryan, head of the Special Investigation Service, told reporters today that they had sent a letter to the former Minister of Defense Mikayel Harutyunyan for the March 1 case, who did not appear. "Mikayel Harutyunyan has been searched for. We are not constrained to call any former official for an interview for the March 1 case in prder to contribute to the full disclosure of the case,” said Serob Khachatryan.
