Mandatory component of funded pensions system to come into force on July 1
Today, on June 11, the Government of Armenia has convened an extraordinary sitting on on the draft law "On Amending the RA Law on Funded Pensions," it will be submitted to the parliament after adoption. Particularly, the mandatory component will come into force on July 1, but the discussions will continue. According to the project's justification, the Law on Funded Pensions has improved since the adoption of a number of changes for which the problems and solutions have been raised by the public. Among those changes, it is important to underline the positions of the RA Constitutional Court's decision.
