Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Torosyan touched upon the concerns caused by some personnel changes in the system. The minister published a video message, where he said that p. "I suggested that the director of the National Institute of Healthcare become my adviser, which meant that he should resign from his previous position.
