Ara Babloyan about members of Grand Holding who dismiss mandates
According to Article 155 (1) of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia, I declare that Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Armen Babayan submitted his resignation on May 10. Also, Ara Babloyan signed a protocol on depriving MP Grigor Avalyan of his mandate. Based on the petition of the deputy's resignation and being guided by the "National Assembly Rules of Procedure," to dismiss powers of the deputy Grigor Avalyan.
