At least 64 people have been confirmed dead in fire at Zimnaya Vishnaya (Winter Cherry) shopping centre in the city of Kemerovo in Siberia. Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that the fire at shopping center is a result of "criminal negligence." Putin's statement on Kemerovo has been passed to the state TV channel. Investigators are trying to find out the causes of the fire at a crowded shopping center, which killed at least 64 people. In their words, the guard had disconnected the notification system and some of the exits were blocked in violation of the rules. They also reported that 41 of the victims were children.
