Tigran Hayrapetyan: Karo Yeghnukyan was brought to the court by force (video)
In the last two court sessions, Karo Yeghnukyan, who was arrested on charges of supporting the members of the "Sasna Tsrer" group, was brought to the court by force with 230 blood pressure. "Today, our courts are unable to ensure the normal detention of detainees and act stiffly. The impression is that they want Yeghnukyan to come to the court, insult the court, so that the court apply sanctions against him, not letting him attend the session. " The lawyer noted that Yeghnukyan needed a psychologist. "It's been confirmed by doctors, but he is not allowed to have any psychologist. Our courts are paralyzed, one cannot make decisions in this way," added Tigran Hayrapetyan. The lawyer applied to the Ministry of Justice, but was rejected by reasoning that psychologists are not doctors. Tigran Hayrapetyan is ready to apply to the ECHR, only to get permission which would allow Yeghnukyan to meet with a psychologist. "But this is ridiculous, so, this case is impossible to move forward."
