Lars is open for passenger cars
On January 10 at 15:00, the Road Department of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Georgia informs RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies that Stepantsminda - Lars highway is open only for passenger cars. The highway is still closed for heavy trucks.
