53 vehicles collide at once, shamshyan.com
At 07:20 pm, 53 vehicles collided on the 16th kilometer of Yerevan-Yeraskhavan highway, in Ararat region. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, 6 people were taken to hospital with injuries. The photojournalist reports that the drivers say that the reason for the crash was the frozen road, whereas after the crash only the local workers started pouring salt and sand on the roads.
