Edward Nalbandian assumes the Presidency of the Francophone Foreign Ministers' Forum (video)
On November 26, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian assumed the presidency of the Conference of Foreign Ministers of the International Organization of Francophonie, which unites the government and observer state with 84 member states at the Francophonie Ministerial Conference in Paris. At the end of the forum, Madagascar's Foreign Minister Henry Rabary Njaka conveyed the Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian's presidency of the Francophone Ministerial Conference.
