Criminal case filed on the death of the serviceman and the injuries of 2 servicemen
A criminal case was initiated at the Third Garrison Investigation Department on the death of the serviceman Hrant Mangasaryan, who had been injured as a result of the explosion, and the wounding of two more servicemen as well. According to preliminary data, Hrant Khachatur Manasaryan, the soldier of the NKR Defense Army's N military unit, died on December 4, 2017, at 12:10 am, as a result of the injures caused by the explosion, while working at the warehouse. Steward, contracted serviceman Gevorg Hyusnunts and compulsory military serviceman Sergey Alumyan received injuries of different degrees and were transferred to a military hospital. A criminal case has been filed in the Third Garrison Investigation Division under Article 376 (2) of the RA Criminal Code. Necessary investigatory actions are taken to find out all the circumstances of the case, the RA Investigative Committee reports.
