Discussion on the situation on the borders of Artsakh and Azerbaijan
On October 25, Artsakh Republic Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan met Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. The sides discussed the situation on the borders the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan. Masis Mailyan put attention to recent cases of ceasefire violations by the Azeri side, which resulted in the death of a soldier of the Artsakh Defense Army. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh underlined the necessity of preserving the previous agreements on the ceasefire and the strengthening of trilateral agreements, as well as the application of additional measures to reduce tension in the conflict zone. The sides also touched upon a number of issues related to the activity of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
