Ara Babloyan: I am sorry that the Azerbaijani cynicism preceded my first participation in the CSTO PA
On October 13, in Saint Petersburg the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan took part in the sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO PA) Council. Ara Babloyan made a statement at the sitting and particularly noted: “I am very sorry that the Azerbaijani next cynic action preceded my first participation to the work of the CSTO PA Council, which that country committed on the state border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. During the days, when the military exercises of the CSTO quick response were held, 19-year old serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces was killed by the Azerbaijanis’ shot bullet,” Ara Babloyan noted. According to the RA NA Speaker, in this situation this is a challenge not only to Armenia.
