Witnesses not appearing before the court to be detained (video)
The Shirak District Court of General Jurisdiction continues the trial on the "Dghyak" shop owner's murder. The witnesses did not appear before the court again. The sides noted that it was pointless to continue the trial in those conditions. The court decided to detain the witnesses. Levon Sahakian, the defendant's advocate, made a motion for the court to change his client's arrest warrant. The court rejected the motion. To remind, Ara Movsisian is in prison for a year and four months. He was charged under Part 1 of Article 104, part 1 of Article 325, Point 2 of Part 2 of Article 268 of the Criminal Code.
