Turkey makes harmful attempts to intervene in Karabakh peace deal - Shavarsh Kocharyan
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan, answered a question of Armenpress news agency. Question: Mr. Kocharyan, how would you assess the statement of the Turkish Defense Minister regarding the Karabakh issue? Answer: It is not the first time Turkey makes harmful attempts to intervene in the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. This is yet another reason that prevents from recording progress in the conflict settlement process. It is due to Ankara’s non-constructive and unilateral approach which runs counter to the positions of the OSCE co-chairing countries that Armenia has always called on Turkey to stay away from the Karabakh conflict settlement process,” he said.
