Zareh Palyan, American-Armenian delegate of the Armenia-Diaspora Conference is scared of today's Armenia."Every month of 20, I get my pension and every month of twenty I borrow money. There are so many people in need, and I give all my money to them. And my gas is off" Armenians are wonderful nation that deserves the best but lives in the worst conditions, is in panic. "Is running away." Mr. Palyan has heard that Serzh Sargsyan has pretense of leading the Pan-Armenian Council, forming as a result of the Armenia-Diaspora Conference. He is afraid of that thought. "Serzh Sargsyan is already governing the country and the results are not comforting- emigration." Instead, the man considers Serzh Sargsyan's idea that up to 2040 4 million people must live in Armenia, funny. "Changes should happen in order to 3 million population transform into 4 million." Finally, Zareh Palyan understood the way the Armenian authorities think. They are destroying the country. "They do not want to change anything but do everything to make the nation leave Armenia."
