Shavarsh Kocharyan: All obstacles created in the result of Azerbaijan's aggressive and provocative actions should be eliminated

Question: Mr. Kocharyan, how would you comment on the statement of the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister who said everyone knows what the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan are going to discuss during the upcoming meeting? Answer: Everyone knows what is not known to the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister: first of all, all obstacles created in the result of Azerbaijan's aggressive and provocative actions should be eliminated and favorable conditions should be provided to move forward with the negotiations over the Karabakh peace process. The settlement will be based on the three principles and elements presented in the five statements of the [OSCE Minsk Group] Co-Chair countries which focus on the recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh people's right to self-determination.
