Incident in Court before hearing of Sefilyan's case
Just before the hearing of the case of Jirayr Sefilyan and his friends in a Yerevan court, bailiffs wanted to check the bags of lawyers. Lawyers Arayik Papikyan, Tigran Hayrapetyan and Nina Karapetyants refused to open their bags and found the registration of personal data illegal. Tigran Hayrapetyan wondered whether the judge and prosecutors were treated in the same way. The lawyers refuse to enter the courtroom and participate in the hearing.
