Why Mikayel Melkumyan wasn’t invited to discussion (video)
The discussion on draft on privatization of the state property at the NA session convened by the Government ended. Arman Sahakyan, Head of Department of State Property Management, highlighted in his speech that noting will be privatized only for privatization. Then addressing to the NA Deputy Speaker Mikayel Melkumyan, who said in his speech that while forming the privatization package he should also have been invited, Arman Sahakyan said, “Half jokingly, half seriously we were waiting for election results, that’s why we hadn’t invited.” The NA started discussing the draft on enlargement of the communities. Vache Terteryan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Development, noted in his speech that 18 communities have already been enlarged wit about 140 villages, now other 34 communities are scheduled to be enlarged, which include 328 villages. 21 lawmakers have registered to address him questions.
