Political technologist invited to questioning
Political technologist Armen Badalyan has been summoned to the Special Investigation Department for questioning. He says the reason was his latest interview when he expressed concerns over cases of vote-buying. “I was asked whether I had any evidence showing where and how much money was offered to voters. Certainly, I did not and I said that I had read about it in the press. During the interrogation, Armen Badalyan explained that he only presented political conclusions.
