Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan: “In case of war Azerbaijan will experience tragedy” (video)
Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan assesses positively “It’s me” and “I have the honor” projects recently presented by the Ministry of Defense, “It aims at increasing the combat readiness of our army.” Possible installation of Turkish military base in Nakhijevan contradicts the principles of the international right. Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan notes, “If war breaks out, we will sustain painful human losses, but Azerbaijan has more to lose; the resources of Mingachevir reservoir ensure 40% of electricity in Azerbaijan and there will be serious consequences in case of Armenia’s blow.
