Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan assesses positively “It’s me” and “I have the honor” projects recently presented by the Ministry of Defense, “It aims at increasing the combat readiness of our army.” Possible installation of Turkish military base in Nakhijevan contradicts the principles of the international right. Particularly, it will violate Kars treaty signed in 1921. Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan claims that Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem must take into account the viewpoints of Armenia and Russia, as these countries are also parties to the abovementioned treaty, “But we aren’t asked and we seemingly remain silent. Azerbaijan and Turkey violate the international agreement.” Artsakh hero isn’t concerned about Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises. They have always been held, and we shouldn’t think that it is something extraordinary. Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan notes, “If war breaks out, we will sustain painful human losses, but Azerbaijan has more to lose; the resources of Mingachevir reservoir ensure 40% of electricity in Azerbaijan and there will be serious consequences in case of Armenia’s blow. Beside, Azerbaijan is on barrel of oil, and if war breaks out, that state will experience tragedy.” Watch details in the video!
