Police in Armenia are looking for a contract serviceman of the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri who went missing on April 16. Dmitri Loshmanov, a 35-year-old citizen of the Russian Federation, disappered on April 16 after he went shopping in Armenia’s Gyumri city. He bought cigarettes and alcohol and left the store.
