In the result of shots fired by enemy grape yards of Aygehovit residents damaged
Investigation is conducted in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on destroying the villagers’ grape yards caused by shots fired by the enemy towards Aygehovit community of Tavush region. On March 22, 2017 shots were fired towards Aygehovit community from Azeri combat bases bordering Aygehovit community of Tavush region. In the result of the shots fire broke out in the field called “Uri hogher” and the grape yards of about 20272 ha belonging to about 40 residents of the community were burnt and destroyed. Pursuant to initial data, damage inflicted to the villagers is 10.270.00 AMD. On April 3 a criminal case was initiated according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Preliminary investigation is conducted.
