Sasna Dzrer's Hovhannes Harutyunyan to be transferred to rehabilitation center
Hovhannes Harutyunyan, a member of the Sasa Dzrer group that seized a police building in Yerevan in July 2016 demanding the release of its jailed leader, will be transferred to a rehab center for treatment, Hovhannisyan’s lawyer Hayarpi Sargsyan told A1+. The decision was taken by a group of physicians who gathered to assess his health condition. As reported earlier the European Court of Human Rights gave the Armenian government until April 18 to answer its questions concerning Hovhannes Harutyunyan’s health. Hovhannes Harutyunyan received bullet wounds in a firefight between the opposition gunmen and police near the seized police compound on July 26. He still has 18 metal fragments in his leg.
