“Minsk Group will never impose resolution on the sides,” said Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair Richard Hoagland in reply to the question by “A1+”. Though, he made it clear that now it’s time for negotiations, “The most important is the political will of heads of two countries and all the sides.” Ambassador Hoagland also answered the question why Minsk Group Co-chairs call on the opposing sides for restraint, when only one side displays obvious aggression. “We should keep some distance in order not to offend the other side. We should be careful even behind closed doors, even when we know who is guilty,” said Richard Hoagland.
