"They [local authorities] sold the combine harvester of our village and bought a Jeep with the money. They sold the Niva (a Russian car) and ate the money,” residents if Lernavan community in Lori province said to Edmon Marukyan, who tops the list of the Yelk (Way Out) alliance.
