In 2015, constitutional reforms took place in Armenia. The country switched from a semi-presidential system to a parliamentary system which means the country will no longer elect a president. The change declared the National Assembly (Parliament) as the most important structure of the state. In its new animated video, the Union of Informed Citizens NGO states once again that the vote of each and every citizen is important and it influences the future of the state. Your vote will decide the future of your children, parents and friends, the future of soldiers who protect our borders day and night.
