Vardan Toghanyan appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia
By a decree of the Armenian President, Vardan Toghanyan has been appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Russia (seat in Moscow). He will replace Oleg Yesayan who was relieved of the post by another presidential decree. Vardan Toghanyan is married and has four children.
