Sasna Dzrer group member: You can consider us dead (video)
A Yerevan court today rejected a request by lawyers to lift the ban on several members of the Sasna Dzrer group who have been barred from seeing their family members and relatives. Gagik Yeghiazaryan, Vartan Geravetyan and Aram Hakobyan are among them. Before that, Vartan Geravetyan made a statement in court, stressing that the visits are first of all important for their relatives and friends. He said they had selflessly entered the police compound, “You can consider us already dead,” he said. The decision will be appealed in a higher court.
