Artur Aghabekyan continues to perform his duties
Artur Aghabekyan is going to resign as Deputy Prime Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Azatutyun.am reports. Aghabekyan announced his pending resignation still in May 2016. "I want to inform my partners, supporters and opponents that I am going to discontinue my political activities in the first quarter of 2017 as I want to spend more time with my family and I also want to devote more time to charity projects,” Artur Aghabekyan said in a Facebook post in 2016. The Press Service of the NKR Government informed A1+ Company that Aghabekyan is currently performing his duties and they do not possess such information. At present, Aghabekyan is replacing the country's PM who is on holiday.
