Vahram Baghdasaryan: Levon Ter-Petrosyan expressed his personal opinion (video)
Levon Ter-Petrosyan is not fully aware of the document which is put on the negotiating table, Republican lawmaker Vahram Baghdasaryan said on Wednesday commenting on the statement of Armenia’s first president who said on Wednesday that the 1997 version is put on the negotiating table which does not contain his vision. Mr. Baghdasaryan knows that the issue of self-determination of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh was not discussed in 1998. “Determination of the status of Nagorno Karabakh is a priority for us. If other conditions are set in this regard, naturally we shall admit that we pursue a defeatist policy once we agree to it,” he said.
