“Only peaceful dialogue may result in long-lasting peace,” said Judith Margaret Farnworth, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia, touching upon Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, “Within the frames of the system established by the OSCE Minsk Group members, the parties should try to start dialogue for creation of peaceful conditions, relations should start in a constructive and intensive way, and some confidence should be established between the parties.” The Ambassador also touched upon those criticizing comments that Great Britain’s large oil-base corporations have economic commercial interests in Azerbaijan, which influences foreign policy. According to her words, they are aware of the criticism and they think that it is incorrect, “The stance of the United Kingdom within the frames of the NKR is fully in line with those principles developed by the OSCE Minsk Group, within the frames of which peaceful dialogue should be established,” said Judith Margaret Farnworth, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
