Fifty percent reduction at Shirak airport
In order to develop and increase the attractiveness of Gyumri’s Shirak airport, the General Department of Civil Aviation adjunct to the Armenian Government has decided to make a 50-percent reduction in air navigation costs. The decision is the continuation of logical measures taken as part of the airport development program which aims to stimulate the interest of airlines in the airport through a discount system and use the airport’s full potential, at the same time contributing to the increase of economic activity in the northern part of the country. The reduced prices will be in effect for all airlines that operate flights from Shirak airport.
