Member of Sasna Dzrer group Tatul Tamrazyan refused to stand up in the court. Anna Matevosyan, Judge of Court of General Jurisdiction of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts, used judicial sanction against Tatul Tamrazyan, warning, then reminded that the defendant himself asked to be present at the court hearing. “I, in general, have come not to be present at the court hearing, I came to tell the people, that they shouldn’t surrender and should fight,” he said. 26-year-old Tatul Tamrazyan and his advocate appeal the inactivity of the investigator at the court. He was injured on July 17 during seizure of the police regiment and until August 6 was in Erebuni medical center without any status. The court decision will be published tomorrow. To remind, after being injured on July 17 during the seizure of the police regiment, the kidney of Tatul Tamrazyan was removed. Tatul Tamrazyan is charged with seizure of buildings and illegal carrying and transportation of arms.
