Dresses made of food and matches
A young Armenian, who is known as Edgar Artis on Facebook and Instagram and still doesn’t want to show his face, has managed to win a lot of fans in a short period. Edgar paints girls on the white paper and decorates their dresses with matches, food and various objects.
“I wanted to make interesting pictures with 3D solutions, I didn’t want to just paint, hence I became engaged in this form of art,” notes Edgar.
According to Edgar, people, environment and emotions serve as a source of inspiration for making the dresses. The fellow, who has been sharing his pictures on the social media from 2015, confesses that he had a lot of difficulties and disappointments at the beginning.
“At first, almost no one paid attention to my pictures, but I continued to create and share them on the social media, but once I made up my mind to stop, all the foreign websites, turn by turn, started to touch upon my works,” says Edgar.
Edgar, who has thousands of followers on the social media, wants to organize an exhibition, though he confesses that it doesn’t depend only on him.
