Upper Larsi Checkpoint closed for all vehicles
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all state and interstate highways in Armenia were passable as of 08.00, October 26. Sotk-Karvachar, Vanadzor-Spitak, Vanadzor-Stepanavan, Vanadzor-Dilijan highways are difficult to pass. Black-ice is formed on Sotk-Karvachar, Vanadzor-Spitak, Vanadzor-Stepanavan, Vanadzor-Dilijan, Vanadzor-Gyumri highways, in Ashotsk and Amasia regions and in Vardenyats mountain pass. It is snowing in Syunik. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Larsi highway is closed for all types of vehicles.
