Court heard lawsuit filed by GALA for nine hours
After a nine-hour sitting the Administrative Court rejected the petition of the GALA political party to give them time to prepare for a final speech. The court heard on Tuesday a lawsuit filed by the party against Precinct Electoral Commission N 34. The court decided to give ten minutes each of the parties but GALA refused to use the time. The party declared that the court had deprived it of the means to protect its right effectively.
